MAOAM 25 YEARS Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Dunhills (Pontefract) PLC, whose registered address is 26 Front Street, Pontefract, WF8 1NJ, England with Company Number 160251 ("MAOAM") is offering you a chance to win one of MAOAM's branded promotional items, which may include tech accessories, novelty toys or leisure products (the "Prize Draw"). Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

This Prize Draw is open to Irish and UK residents (including Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years old and over at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. You may not enter this Prize Draw if you are an employee, agent or supplier of MAOAM or of its group companies or professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration.

To enter this Prize Draw you must scan the QR code on MAOAM promotional packs in-store, enter full name, address, and valid email. Entries must be submitted from 00:00 on 01/02/26 to 23:59 on 02/08/26 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Prize Draw Period").

Entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

A confirmation message will be displayed on screen once a valid entry has been successfully submitted. Entrants may also receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of their entry. Confirmation of entry does not guarantee a prize.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions to the Prize Draw are not allowed.

There will be twelve (12) prize draws as outlined in the table below, with a total of ten thousand five hundred and forty (10,540) prizes distributed across all draws. For each draw, winners will be selected at random via a computerised process from all valid entries received before the specified end time of that draw. Entries will roll over to subsequent draws.

There is a total of ten thousand, five hundred and forty (10,540) prizes available to be won. Prizes will be allocated randomly and are broken down as per the below.

(the "Prize"). MAOAM does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs incurred are the responsibility of the winners.

MAOAM will notify the winners by the email address provided on or after each Prize Draw Date (the "Prize Draw Notification Date").

The Prize will be posted to the winner's address provided within 30 days of the winner being notified.

The Prize is subject to availability and MAOAM reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Nonwinning entrants may be notified by email after the draw has concluded.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by MAOAM to assist with running the promotion on behalf of MAOAM and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with MAOAM's privacy policy, available at:  https://www.HARIBO.com/en-gb/privacy/

Subject to paragraphs 13 and 1 4, and without prejudice to MAOAM's data protection obligations under relevant law, MAOAM shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to competitions@HARIBO.com, the winner(s) surname and county or such other information MAOAM deems necessary.

Entrants to the Prize Draw shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 13 . You can object by contacting dataprivacy@HARIBO.com.

Without prejudice to paragraphs 12 and 1 3 above, MAOAM shall provide the information set out in paragraph 12 upon request from either the Advertising Standards Authority or Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland.

Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to): (a) obscene, indecent or pornographic content; (b) content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism; (c) violent content; (d) excessive profanity; (e) content that is harmful to minors in any way; or (f) content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will be deleted, and the individual's entry disqualified at MAOAM's sole discretion.

MAOAM will not accept entries that are: a) automatically generated by computer; b) completed by third parties or in bulk; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or d) incomplete. MAOAM may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

MAOAM's decision is final in relation to this Prize Draw, and no correspondence will be entered into.

MAOAM is not responsible for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, MAOAM and its employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a prize or participation in this Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of MAOAM for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by MAOAM's negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, MAOAM may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. MAOAM reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.

These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and MAOAM both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are resident of the Republic of Ireland, these terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Irish law. You and MAOAM both agree that the courts of the Republic of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
